Tradition Fine Foods awarded SQF-Level 2

April 12, 2011, Toronto – Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. has been awarded the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certificate – Level 2.

The SQF program certifies that Tradition’s food safety and quality management systems meet food safety regulations, safety and quality standards in accordance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
