The Netherlands, Russia and France win European Lesaffre Cup

Marcq-en-Baroeul, France – The Netherlands, Russia and France have won the Louis Lesaffre Cup, earning them berths in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie scheduled for next February in Paris.

During the European competition, which took place at the Lesaffre International Baking Center, in Marcq-en-Baroeul, France, 11 countries were divided into two zones: Central and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Serbia, Russia and Poland) and Western Europe (Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and Israel).

Pierre Zimmermann was the jury president, and the four other jury members were Bernd Kütscher, Pao-Chun Wu, Haïf Hakim and Carlos Pereira.
