The French Pastry School announces new course

Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer announced that the success of The French Pastry School’s Rouxbe-driven online courses has inspired the school to add two new courses.

The Introduction to Pastry Arts Course and the Bread Baking Arts Course were so popular, that the addition of The Cake Baking and Decorating Arts will round out bakers’ online education.

This immersive online course includes 80 hours of instruction students can complete at their own pace. It contains over 150 instructional videos, recipes, techniques, 280 learning tasks, lifetime content access, chef support with Q&A, grading, and individual constructive feedback.

There is a waiting list for those who are interested, and students will  be notified when the cake course registration is available. Classes start October 12th!
