July 26, 2011, Oconomowoc, WI – Orbis Corporation has designed its Stack’R pallet with versatility that allows customers to use it in both stacking and lightweight racking applications.
The 40.0 x 48.0 x 5.9 foot Stack’R is 100 per cent recyclable and has been manufactured to stand up to the variety of temperatures and harsh environments materials may be exposed to when passing through the food industry’s logistics chain.
The Stack’r pallet is structural foam molded and was developed to be a smooth, non-porous product that will not absorb moistures or odours. Its all-plastic construction is intended to ensure dimensional consistency and repeatable performance in automated systems or high-rise racking.
Additional features include open or closed deck design, multiple styles with edge racking capacities from 750 to 1,500 pounds, optional lip or factory installed grommets, and contoured corners and surfaces to reduce product damage.
