Sigep hosts 950 exhibiting brands, announces next year’s dates

Rimini, Italy – Organizers of Sigep, an Italian trade show and conference highlighting artisan gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee, reports that the event exceeded expectations.

Organizers report that 950 brands exhibited in a space covering 90,000 square metres at the show held this week; over 3,000 meetings were scheduled between international buyers and exhibiting companies; 50 hours of talks took place; and the event saw 100 hours of national and international competitions, demonstrations and show cooking for professionals. One thousand international buyers attended the show.

Sigep 2023 will be held from Jan. 21 to 25, 2023, at the Rimini Expo Centre in Rimini, Italy, at the same time as A.B. Tech Expo, the International Exhibition of Technologies and Products for Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery.
