Allessandro Lo Stocco is an Italian pizzaiolo who was demonstrating his spinning skills as well as his pizza-making skills at Faema’s booth.   Exhibiting at the CRFA show was a first for Fred’s Bread. The company was showcasing its delectable line of bread products that might appeal to the foodservice crowd.

This is essentially a pastry box on wheels, owned by PJB Primeline, the company uses this 25 foot truck to showcase and sample products from its Indulgent line. It’s outfitted with a walk-in freezer and has a complete entertainment system on board.
The CRFA Show was La Brea Bakery’s first foray into the Canadian marketplace. Expect to see more of the American bakery’s artisan bread products in Canadian stores and restaurants.
Fortunati’s Cheesecake Bliss on a Stick may seem a bit gimmicky, but it did the trick, attracting plenty of people to the booth to sample the tasty little treat.
