The hard-working and creative team at Rubicon Bakers has announced its seasonal holiday product line: Gingerbread Layer Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Icing, Pumpkin Salted Caramel Cupcakes, Peppermint Fudge Cupcakes and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins.

Rubicon Bakers’ products are more than just sweet treats. Many employees come to Rubicon Bakers from life on the streets, from prison or recently recovered from substance abuse.

 The Gingerbread Layer Cake is filled and topped with tangy lemon cream cheese icing and surrounded by gingerbread crumbs. The filled cupcake and muffin 4-packs complete Rubicon Bakers’ holiday line. The Pumpkin Salted Caramel Cupcake is filled and iced with a rich, salted caramel icing, while the Peppermint Fudge Cupcake is filled with chocolate fudge and topped with peppermint icing and a non-GMO candy cane crunch. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins are filled with tangy cream cheese and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds.

 These holiday treats are all certified Kosher and will be available at select Whole Foods Market locations, and independent retailers this holiday season.
