Each generously sized breakfast sandwich is delicious, filling, and delivers an energy-packed breakfast to start the toughest days. The sandwich contains 290 calories, 20 grams of protein (a whopping 40 per cent of the daily recommended value), and four grams of fiber — all of which helps maintain a healthy body. Consumers will love the fluffy whole egg, melted cheese, and flavorful apple maple chicken sausage.

RESPECT Turkey Bacon, Egg & Cheese (SRP $3.29 4.0 oz.)
Everything is better with bacon, as long as it is antibiotic-free turkey bacon. The sandwich is stacked with turkey bacon, white cheddar cheese and a whole egg patty on a 100 per cent whole grain English muffin. The hearty sandwich contains 250 calories, 380mg of sodium, and 16 grams of protein.

RESPECT Double Egg & Cheese (SRP $3.29 4.8 oz.)
We believe in the concept “doubling up,” – a double serving of egg is layered with white cheddar cheese on our 100 per cent whole grain English muffin. We didn’t just eliminate the meat; we made sure the sandwich remained hearty, satisfying, and stacked high. The sandwich contains only 260 calories, 16 grams of protein and only 330mg of sodium.
