Ingredients:
Wet

1 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup gluten-free rice milk
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. gluten-free maple extract

Dry

1 cup chick-pea flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup arrowroot
1/2 cup optional dry rice cereal
3 tbsp + 2 tsp. egg replacer
1 tbsp. xanthan gum
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Gluten-Free Chick Pea Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

Directions

Blend wet ingredients together well. Add dry ingredients and mix on high for 10 minutes. Place in greased pans and let rise until above the top of the pan. Bake at 325 F for approximately 20 minutes, rotating through. Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
