If you’re a patissier, or baker in the GTA, you’re in luck. The Puratos Academy has posted its schedule.
The training program, is aimed for professional artisan bakers and pastry chefs. The company’s goal is to organize each session around a trending topic and have them be as interactive as possible.
During the 6-hour hands-on session, chefs will be working closely with Puratos’ experienced Technical Advisors – Sergio Arruda, Fay Zagouris or Michael Ranaudo – to create and learn more about bread, sweet goods and fine patisserie in all its aspects.
Puratos hopes the students of the one-day sessions will come away with a sense of inspiration, acquire some tips and tricks to develop breads and sweet products while learning from their technical advisor.
The company announced that there are “different academies for everyone.”
