ProAccurate Insta-Read Candy & Deep Fry Thermometer

August 15, 2011 – Component Design Northwest ProAccurate Insta-Read Candy & Deep Fry Thermometer (IRXL400) is designed for use with candy, jelly, deep-frying, yeasts and dough.

The IRXL400 features a colour-coded target range indicator for candy making and a large dial for easy viewing. It easily attaches to the rim of a pot, leaving the tip of the thermometer's seven-inch stem tip resting just above the bottom of the pot.

The IRXL400 is waterproof and shatterproof. It has a range of 100 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and is designed for easy recallibration.
