at Messe München will morph into a vast bakery for iba.
June 26, 2012, Munich – From September 16 to 21, the 12 exhibition halls at Messe München will morph into a vast bakery for iba, the only trade fair in the world to cover the entire market overview from A to Z – from appliances and aromas all the way to zest and zwieback.
Attendance at iba on any one of the six days of the fair guarantees a comprehensive market briefing for the 36 months ahead – until the next iba opens its doors. Every three years, baking from all around the globe converges on this vast area to put in an appearance at iba. Company reps, bakers and pastry chefs from businesses small and large, caterers, gastronomes and decision-makers from the retail food trade, from no fewer than 160 nations, all
are expected to come to Munich for iba.
The aim behind iba is to present a product spectrum covering the entire market range. In other words, for every individual step on the road from harvested grain to point of sale there is a product range on display: everything from raw materials by way of machines, packaging and process optimization to ‘food-on-the-go’ options and shopfitting.
