Preparations underway for food safety awards

June 8, 2012, Guelph, Ont. – The Guelph Food Technology Centre (GTFC) will accept nominations in September for the inaugural GFTC food safety recognition award program.

Nominations of candidates for this annual event will be accepted during
the month of September, in the following four categories:

• Food Safety Excellence Award
• Food Safety Leadership Award
• Food Safety Outreach Award
• Allied Trades Food Safety Award
