Poco Moulder from Bloemhof

July 25, 2011 – Bloemhof introduces the Poco Moulder.

The moulder features heavy duty construction and compact counter top design, as well as an in-feed safety hopper with automatic shut-off.

The Poco Moulder can process up to 3,600 eight ounce dough pieces per hour. It can be used to shape white, whole-wheat or multigrain loaves; demi-baguettes and rolls up to nine inches long; sub, hot dog, hoagie and finger rolls; bolillos and tapered rolls; and gluten free rolls.
