Caldic is now representing Nu-World Foods in Canada and the U.S.

Caldic’s bakery product portfolio has been enhanced with the addition of Nu-World Foods’ pre-gel powders, puffed and popped ancient grains, and a selection of conventional and organic toasted flours and flours made from amaranth, millet, quinoa, sorghum and teff.

All products are gluten-free, allergen friendly, clean label and well suited for cookie, bread and cereal bar applications.
