NITA named innovative company of the year

jan4nitaawardwinbjJanuary 4, 2011, Terrebonne, Que. – NITA Labeling Equipment has been named the Industrial Research Association of Quebec’s (ADRIQ) Innovative Company of the Year at the annual ADRIQ Gala.

The award is granted to the company showing the most innovative culture, mindset and leadership style, as well as a vision for unifying ideas, methodologies.

“On behalf of all of us at NITA, I would like to thank the entire team, our suppliers, distributors, agents, friends and especially our customers and end users who have played a tremendous role in our success and without whom we would not be in such an enviable position tonight,” NITA’s president and CEO, Normand Lord, said when accepting the award.

Established in Terrebonne, Que. in 1991, NITA specializes in engineering and building automatic pressure sensitive labeling machines for the food and beverage industry, as well as the household chemical, and health and beauty industries.
