Toronto firm buys U.S. muffin maker

March 1, 2017, TORONTO – Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp. has acquired a U.S.-based muffin business.

Based in Shirley, N.Y., Uncle Wally’s LLC and Vision Enterprises LLC is a privately held family business that is 100 per cent employee owned.
