IBIE announces dates for international Baking Expo

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE)—commonly known as the Baking Expo™, opened IBIE 2019 booth space selection to all companies in the grain-based food industry.

Following advanced space sales to sponsoring association members and 2016 exhibitors, the trade show organizer’s state that the show floor is already 81 percent sold.
 
This comes after a record-setting IBIE 2016, where the exhibit hall was completely sold out and as a result, the event was recognized by Trade Show Executive magazine as one of the Fastest 50 Growing U.S. Trade Shows and one of the Gold 100 largest shows in the U.S. IBIE provides a forum for manufacturers and suppliers to showcase their equipment, supply and ingredient solutions to 23,000+ baking professionals from around the world, debut their new technologies and innovation, and build meaningful business relationships across all segments of the grain-based food industry.
 
“With a 65 percent increase in attendance over the past decade, IBIE is undoubtedly experiencing an exciting growth trajectory,” said Joe Turano, IBIE Chair, in a press release. “As plans come together for IBIE 2019, not only can attendees anticipate 1,000 plus exhibitors in a sold-out show floor, but they can also look forward to a most valuable and unique experience that covers a diverse range of products and trends representative of the baking community—from artisan to wholesale, pizza to snacks and all specialties in between.”
 
IBIE will be held September 8-11, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a full day of educational segments called IBIEducate on September 7.
