Hershey Company expands Dagoba’s distribution

Hershey Company’s line of organic and socially responsible artisanal chocolate, Dagoba Organic Chocolate announced that it expanding its reach nationally, throughout the United States.

The company announced on June 22nd (World Rainforest Day) that Dagoba chocolates will be available in Target stores around the United States. Dagoba Chocolate also celebrated its 16th birthday on World Rainforest Day. This initiative falls under Hershey’s Cacao For Good umbrella.

The ethically sourced and organic product is part of the One for All Cacao Project, a non-profit initiative that empowers women living in areas where the Hershey’s Company sources their cacao beans, which come from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms in Peru, Tanzania, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.
