Food safety, cannabis & export opportunities: BAC Seminar

The Ontario chapter of the Baking Association of Canada (BAC) will address issues like food safety, exporting products and baking with cannabis  among some of the topics covered in their annual seminar.

On March 7th, 2019, Four speakers will discuss specific initiatives that address key issues of growing your business to meet the needs of tomorrow’s consumers.

The topics are applicable to both bakeries and bakery suppliers of all sizes. If you’re in product development, research and development, marketing, sales or general management, the BAC Ontario Chapter’s Annual Seminar is for you. The topics are listed below:
