Ingredient

 lb.  oz.
Bran muffin mix
4.5  —



Cold water
1.5
 —



Large eggs (5)

 —



Sliced bananas (3 cups)

 —



Molasses (optional) (1 cup)

 —

Method: Mix ingredients together until blended. Fill
paper-lined muffin tins using levelled #10 scoop. Garnish each muffin with
semi-submerged sliced banana. Bake in convection oven at 325 F for 25 minutes.

Yield: 36 3.75-ounce muffins.
