From demonstrating to competing to walking the show floor: a
number of sights and scenes from the ultimate European trade show.

Team France is awarded first place honours in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie. It was a very emotional moment for the team: they fought back tears or quickly wiped them away from their faces as their names were called out. And where better to win such an honour than surrounded by an audience of their fellow countrymen, who were waving flags, whistling, singing and blowing horns.		Team Canada at work on the first day of Europain. Close to 90,000 people visited the massive show over the course of five days.

A sampling of some of the distinctly Canadian products Team Canada produced during the first day of the show.		Bake Team Canada helped to kick off the competition by testing out one of the bakeries the teams would be competing in and demonstrating some of the products that brought them to second place in the Louis Lesaffre Cup qualifying round in Mexico.
