Danisco offers cost saving guide

prices, ingredient company Danisco has created an online guide to help
its customers find ways to cut costs.

The guide is an overview of all the products Danisco
has developed with the specific aim of helping manufacturers keep
production and retail costs down. It offers solutions for the bakery, dairy, confectionery, and culinary industries.

“Many of our customers are under financial pressure, particularly because it is not always possible to pass on price increases to food retailers,” says Hans Elbek Pedersen, vice president of global innovation at Danisco. “We experience a growing demand for knowledge and ingredients that allow manufacturers to reformulate to cut costs while maintaining an appealing taste and texture.”

The guide offers the industry advice on cutting costs without an impact on its final products.
