Toronto – This October, the Canadian Pizza Summit adds a new event to its lineup – the Mystery Ingredient Challenge!

The Canadian Pizza Summit and Chef of the Year Competitions are set for Monday, Oct. 21, in Toronto at the Faema Culinary Academy.

The Canadian Pizza Summit has a new Mystery Ingredient Challenge for you! In a special competition, Canadian pizza makers will be given a selection of ingredients from which to choose plus one Mystery Ingredient (revealed on competition day) that must be used! What will it be? There’s only one way to find out: come to the Canadian Pizza Summit!

Stay tuned for more details about this fun competition that will feature great prizes and exposure for your pizzeria! 

Once again, we’re giving top honours and $500 each to TWO winners in their respective Traditionaland Open divisions and taking both champs to Las Vegas in March 2020 to compete at the International Pizza Expo!
