Bakery Showcase 2016

This year’s Bakery Showcase held at the International Centre in Mississauga attracted 4,127 attendees over three days, May 1-3.

According to the Baking Assocation of Canada, the show attracted buyers from across Canada, the US, China, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Trade missions and trade officials from various countries expressed interest in Canadian products and were looking for bilateral trade opportunities.
