Revent has introduced its ONE Series rack ovens with a round baking chamber design, producing a slimmer yet more powerful commercial oven.

The ONE26 round single rack oven, available in gas or electric modes, is designed for high quality small batch baking and is well suited to small spaces.

It accommodates a single rack with a maximum pan size of 18 x 26 inches. Features include an ergonomic sliding triple-glass door, energy-efficient high-tech insulation design, rounded baking chamber for more even heat distribution, and a touch screen control panel.

The oven is designed for 24/7 production and its reduced footprint allows for operation in cramped kitchens. The oven’s multiple alarm system also allows for up to four different products to be baked at once.
