MagicalButter was known for making a countertop infuser for butter; The company’s most recent creation is compound chocolate.

Available in three varieties, milk, white chocolate and dark, the product’s viscosity is designed for applications such as chocolate moulding, thick coat dipping, candy making desserts and confection applications. Among the ingredients are sugar, a combination of palm kernel, palm, non-fat milk, alkali-processed cocoa and contains both milk and soy.

The company states that the palm oil and palm kernel oil in their product are certified sustainable by Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.

The compound chocolate is not made in facilities that do not allow exposure to peanuts, wheat/gluten, eggs, tree nuts, sesame, fish or crustaceans. While the chocolate products are certified AKC Kosher Dairy, they are not certified Kosher for Passover.
