Kitchen management system via PC

Sept. 5, 2013, Schaumburg, IL – Rational rolled out its KitchenManagement System that allows chefs to monitor and control their cooking appliances from their computer.

The cooking processes can be generated and automatically transferred to all connected units simultaneously, and for compatibility, a Windows XP-compatible PC with a USB port is required to run the system.

This product features self-explanatory folder structure, detailed online help, and an integrated virtual control panel that allows chefs to view the same exact display on their PC monitor as on the unit.
