McNairn rolls out new paper

February 2, 2011 – McNairn Packaging rolled out a new way of delivering baking
papers with the new UltraBake and QBake Baking Rolls.

Instead of a big, flat box of sheets, McNairn offers rolls
of UltraBake (silicon parchment) and QBake (quilon grease­proof) in a specially
designed safety cutter box without a metal cutting blade. Operators can
dispense the right sized sheet for individual jobs eliminating waste and the
need for special pre-cut sizes. Each roll contains 328 feet of 15 inch wide
baking paper, with four rolls in a case. Conveniently stored in a small space,
the two sheets offer the choice of high perfor­mance baking paper (UltraBake)
for tough bakes or an economical sheet (QBake) for easy single bake usage. For
