When will the international selections take place for this fourth edition? Where will the best teams go head to head? We can now reveal the answers!
Right now, the countries are selecting their national teams. It is a determining stage that requires the most talented candidates to be identified, those with real potential to learn and improve. After this selection process, three bakers will be chosen, each one dedicated to a specialty: Baguette and World Breads, Viennese Pastries and Gastronomic Bread Making and Artistic Piece.
