Lentia achieves SQF certification

Dec. 13, 2013, Brampton, ON – Lentia Enterprises Ltd. has received the highest level of Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification (level three, edition 7.1).

Retailers and food service providers around the world who require a credible food safety management system recognize SQF, which falls under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Lentia Enterprises manufactures bread bases and bread improvers for the bakery industry, as well as importing fine food ingredients from all corners of the world.
