Responsible for developing a strategic business plan for wholesale accounts that identifies the long term and short-term opportunities.
Prepare and maintain profitable accounts
Identify customer needs by region and by type of account.
Retain customers and protect from competitors by keeping a high level of visibility, communication and customer satisfaction.
Proactively manage all renewal opportunities
Finalize business negotiations leading to purchase, by providing appropriate documents when required. Filling out customer documents prior to set up of sales to help set up in their systems.
Gain market share by increasing and expanding Smet Products in customer accounts.
Provide high level of customer service.
Meet expected revenue growth through increased customer share or net new business.
Responsible for the attainment of a yearly sales budget.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use MS Office, preferably some knowledge of Navision.
Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment to create a positive work environment.
Requires a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
