In light of concerns to “flatten the curve” to reduce exposure to Coronavirus, the deadline to enter the Jake the Baker contest has been extended to April 30, 2020. The winner still wins a trip to Toronto, with tickets to the Bakery Showcase for November 8-9, 2020. The bakery also gets to see itself on the cover of Bakers Journal, featuring its winning story.
