Cocoa Merchants Association of America (CMAA) International cocoa Conference celebrates its 95th anniversary, and aims to examine market changes in its sector.
The host sponsor for the sold-out event is Barry Callebaut, returning for its second year. Fellow host sponsor is S&D General cocoa.
The CMAA International Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Turnberry in Miami and will run from Tuesday, March 5 to Friday, March 8. On the agenda for discussion will be the consumer trends in today’s marketplace, sustainability, food safety, customs and border protection as well as innovations in the cocoa trade.
