Oct. 30, 2014, Madison, WI — The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association elected the 2014-2015 officers and board of directors for 2014-15 at its annual business meeting in Chicago.

Other new officers for 2014-2015 are: executive vice chairman — John Cheesman, vice president, Maplehurst Bakeries LLC; vice chairman — Jewel Hunt, group vice president, Safeway Inc.; and treasurer — Erik Waterkotte, director of sales, John Morrell Food Group.
Industry leaders elected to serve three-year terms on the IDDBA board of directors are: Gaetano Auricchio, vice president, BelGioioso Cheese Inc.; Craig Drefcinski, Kroger Team director, Hormel Foods Corp.; David Leonhardi, director of trade shows, tours and events for Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Inc.; Peter Sirgy, executive vice president, Reser’s Fine Foods Inc.; Philippe Surget, retail division president, Lactalis American Group Inc.; Erik Waterkotte, director of sales, John Morrell Food Group; and John Wellenzohn, bakery and deli division vice president, Rich Products Corp.
