Sept. 18, 2009, WINNIPEG – An idea floating around the Tall Grass Prairie Bread Company finally came out of the oven yesterday.

With countless hours spent scooping wheat from bags into the small
stone mill adjacent to the local bakery and the demand for bread rising
like a loaf of multigrain, co-owner Tabitha Langel realized there had
to be another way.
