George Brown College’s CHCA presents Chef JR Ryall of Ireland

Toronto – George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts is hosting an intimate conversation with acclaimed Irish pastry chef Chef JR Ryall of Ballymaloe House to celebrate the launch of his new book, Ballymaloe Desserts.
Admission includes a copy of Ballymaloe Desserts and post-discussion canapé reception at The Chefs’ House at George Brown College’s CHCA.
The event is part of the Centre’s “In Conversation With” panel discussion series.
