which showcases the talents of second-year pastry students.

Nov. 15, 2012, Toronto – The George Brown College Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts is preparing for its annual Room 4 Dessert event, which showcases the talents of second-year pastry students.

The gala evening of savoury pastries, cheese accompanied by bread and preserves, desserts galore and take-home bonbons takes place on Friday, Dec. 7, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts (300 Adelaide St. E, Toronto). Wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, and proceeds will go towards student scholarships. Tickets are $50 plus tax, and attendees must be 19 years of age or older.
