Food Industry trade show, SIAL open for registration

North American food and beverage trade show, returns from Tuesday, April 30 – Friday, May 2, 2019 at the Enercare Centre, with new features.

With more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 50 countries, SIAL Canada promises compelling food conferences, workshops, exhibitors related to food innovations and trends to food retailing and food processes – a true one-stop-shop for food industry professionals, restauranteurs and foodies alike!

The new features to the trade show are among the following topics:

  • SIAL’s first international cheese competition;  
  • There are 2 new sections at the show: Food start-ups and Beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

SIAL continues to celebrate innovation by unveiling the world’s top 10 most innovative products, and and promises insights into this year’s food trends with an expert panel, featuring Dana McCauley.

Other food experts in the network of panels feature talks by Gurth Pretty about cheese, Jean-Sébastien Michel who is the owner of Alambika and Distribution Jesemi, as well as Bakers Journal’s own columnist, Jane Dummer to talk about health.
