Food and Beverage Canada announces new co-chairs and Executive Committee member

Ottawa – Food and Beverage Canada (FBC-ABC) has announced the appointment of Robert Eiser, president, Aliments LUDA Foods, and Mike Bannister, president and CEO, Atlantic Poultry Inc. as its new co-chairs. They have each been elected for a two-year term.
The FBC-ABC board of directors also has appointed Kathleen Sullivan, vice-president government and industry relations, Maple Leaf Foods, to the board of directors, effective Feb. 21. Sullivan also has been elected to the role of treasurer. As departing CEO for FBC-ABC, the board of directors is delighted that Sullivan will continue to play a role in the activities of FBC-ABC.
The new co-chairs who will continue to advance the association’s priorities and guide the association in is efforts to support the needs of Canada’s small and medium food and beverage manufacturers, Food and Beverage Canada said in a news release.
The full Executive Committee includes: Robert Eiser, Aliments LUDA Foods, Co-Chair; Mike Bannister, Atlantic Poultry Inc., Co-Chair; James Donaldson, BC Food & Beverage, Vice-Chair; Del Rollo, Arterra Wines Canada, Secretary; Kathleen Sullivan, Maple Leaf Foods, Treasurer; Jennifer Marchand, Cargill, Officer at Large; and Michael Burrows, Maple Lodge Farms Ltd., Past Chair.
