Flavorcan takes on new name

July 10, 2012, Toronto – Effective April 2012, Flavorchem International Inc. is now known as Flavorcan International Inc.

As Flavorcan enters its 25th year in business, this name change reflects the company's growth from selling fragrance and aromatic chemicals to focus solely on flavours.

Flavorcan exports worldwide, with associates selling products in Cuba, Greece, India, Korea, Pakistan, Russia and the USA. The company has grown to 40 full-time employees, including president Lou Gorassi's sons Brad and Kyle, who have been involved in the business from an early age, working in all departments.
