Are you a professional Canadian baker or studying to be one?

Join the Great California Raisin Baking Contest and bring a little California sunshine into your kitchen.

Develop a new Raisin Bread or Raisin Pastry using California Raisins and enter to win a chance to compete at our finals at the Bakery Showcase in Toronto, April 26-27, 2020.

The recipe competition period runs from December 16, 2019 to February 14, 2020 and is open to professional bakers across Canada.

Six finalists will prepare their creations for a panel of industry judges with the two grand prize winners receiving a trip to California and a study tour at the Culinary Institute of America!
