BAC BC Chapter Annual Golf Tournament

Wednesday 19 June 2019, 12:30pm
The Baking Association of Canada (BAC) BC Chapter Annual Golf Tournament is quickly approaching and we once again look forward to ongoing industry support to make this event a success.

Aside from the networking and fellowship opportunities, this tournament is our primary fundraiser in support of baking programs at local schools. Proceeds from this event go directly to student scholarships and bursaries in support of tomorrow’s bakers and we are delighted to be part of such efforts.

Tournament sponsorships (normally $500) includes hole signage, sponsorship acknowledgment at the Tournament dinner and post event acknowledgment in Bakers Journal magazine. Product contributions are also gratefully received and enjoyed by tournament participants.Aside from our golf tournament, the BC Chapter also produces 2 social and 2 educational events annually.

We do this with a volunteer team of members and of course with the support of companies like yours. Again the proceeds from these activities are re-invested into our school scholarship and bursary programs. BC Chapter programs are also part of the broader efforts of BAC.

As you may be aware, BAC is Canada’s national baking industry not-for-profit trade association representing the country’s more than $ 8 billion retail, in-store and commercial bakers and industry suppliers. BAC members produce a wide range of products including breads and rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies and other sweet goods.

Aside from local programs, BAC also produced B2B opportunities along with ongoing advocacy efforts at the provincial and national level on a broad range of issues impacting bakers. For a more detailed list of these initiatives be sure to visit the BAC web site www.baking.ca.Lastly we would encourage you and other team members to join us at the tournament.

There are numerous networking opportunities before, during and after the tournament itself and a BC Chapter representative would be happy to make introductions.Thank you in advance for your support.BAKING ASSOCIATION OF CANADA
