May 17, 2011, Toronto – Quebec based Escuminac introduced
the Toronto market to its award winning organic yellow birch syrup at the SIAL show.

Birch syrup has a strong unique flavour that will sweeten or
brighten a variety of dishes and desserts. Bakers Journal tasted the product at
the SIAL show, running May 11 to 13 at the Metro Convention Centre in Toronto,
