Embassy and Lallemand Mexico enter licensing agreement

September 24, 2010, Mexico – After more than 30 years
serving the bakery industry, Embassy Flavours Ltd. is going international with
a collaboration and licensing agreement with Lallemand Mexico.

The agreement grants Lallemand Mexico exclusive rights to manufacture
and distribute select Embassy cake mixes throughout the country. Lallemand
Mexico launched their new Embassy Flavours line at the 2010 Mexipan trade fair.

Embassy is a food ingredient company specializing in
flavours, mixes and ingredients for bakery applications.

Lallemand
is known as a producer of specialty yeast throughout North America, Mexico and
Europe.
