Join the Baking Association of Canada for “Farmer–Miller–Baker,” a day of education, discussion and networking at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary on April 22!

This event will feature a presentation on grain and milling by Clint Jensen from Harvest Moon Mills, followed by a hands-on demonstration on baking with fresh-milled flours by Teisha Huff from Fortuna’s Row in Calgary. The afternoon session will kick off with wood-fired pizzas (weather permitting) prepared during the morning demo, followed by a panel discussion on the benefits and challenges of fresh-milled flours, and will conclude with an informal networking session.
  • When: April 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: SAIT Main Campus (1301 16 Ave NW, Calgary AB) John Ware Building – Room E212
  • Details: Tickets for the full day are $25 (includes hands-on milling and baking demo, lunch, panel, and networking). Tickets for the afternoon only are $15 (includes lunch, panel and networking).
