The Baking Association of Canada invites you to join a gathering of local, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, pizzaioli, suppliers and other members of the bakery industry on Tuesday, September 19th, from 10am to 12 noon, at New Brunswick Community College, 1234 Mountain Rd, Moncton, N.B. E1C 8H9 in Lecture Theatre A-2020 (second floor of the A building).
It’s the perfect chance to network with local bakers and artisans as well meet other allied support people to discuss industry issues, challenges and successes. The meeting will be informally structured with an opportunity for open discussion between attendees.
