September 2, 2011, Canton, MA – Dunkin Brands Group is "considering the use of cage-free eggs" in its products.
The announcement, made in the company's first-ever corporate social responsibility report, came after Annie Hartnett started a campaign on www.change.org, an online platform for social change.
Hartnett's online petition asks Dunkin Donuts to phase in cage-free eggs. More than 3,000 people have signed on to the campaign so far.
