recently awarded the BRC 'Grade A' global standard for food safety
(version six) certification.

July 24, 2012, Toronto – Dufflet Pastries' production bakery was recently awarded the BRC 'Grade A' global standard for food safety (version six) certification.

Following an intensive systems and practices audit by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certifying body SAI Global, Dufflet Pastries says this certification demonstrates a commitment to quality and food safety.
