Detecto scale rotates for easy cake decorating

ingredient scale features a rotating platform for easy cake decorating.

The patented rotating platform allows cake decorators to ice a cake in a 360-degree fashion while monitoring icing weight at the same time. The heavy-duty stainless steel platform is available in rectangular size for sheet cakes or in 13-inch diameter round size for layer cakes. The operator places the cake on the scale and presses the TARE key to zero the scale and weigh the icing as it is being applied. This can be done repetitively until all icing is applied to the cake. the rotating platform reduces time while monitoring the icing weight. The RP30 displays weight in pounds and ounces, accurate to one-tenth of an ounce. www.detecto.com.
